A deposit of one night stay, by check or credit card, is required. For a full refund, cancellations must be received 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, (minus a $25.00 non-refundable per day reservation fee), Cancellations received after 72 hrs. will not be refunded. A no-show, (no cancellation courtesy call received), will be charged the full amount of the stay. Changes in arrival or departure dates (made after the 72 hrs. deadline) will be billed at the full rate. As we have a limited number of rooms, and do not over book, No exceptions to these polices will be made |
