Our two bedroom vacation rental condo is located on the South Beach of the Atlantic Ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in the Point East Condominium complex. It has two bedroom, two full bath, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, Lay-Z-Boy recliner, color TV, DVD, and a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, LCD TV, chest and wicker chair with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom has twin beds, chest lcand bamboo chair also with an ocean view. Our condo measures 950 square feet (plus baony), and is located on the second floor of an 84-unit, three-story complex. It is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable one.
We supply all bed and bath linens/towels, and beach chairs. And a free high-speed wireless network is available for guest use, so if you need Internet access during your stay, bring the laptop!
