Dennis is located in the heart of the Cape which makes it an ideal location for visitors. It is known for its famous The town of Dennis is filled with historic homes, antique shops, art galleries and museums and has everything to offer travelers of all ages. Dennis has many nature trails, Cape Cod Rail Trail (Biking), and many unique boutiques and art studios. It is also home to the well known Cape Cod Playhouse which performs well known plays throughout the summer.

This home is everything you could want in a vacation home. It's not only beautiful, it has all the amenities you need. Every detail in this home is perfect. There is not a thing you will need to bring it has everything! The layout of the home gives you privacy if you need it but plenty of room to be together. The beach is private and rarely crowded. We came late in August so it was pretty quiet. The owner was very attentive and personable like having an old friend. This home is a one of a kind find! Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back again and again in the future. Debby

2 weeks at this gorgeous home - just steps from the most beautiful private beach! Sunsets on the back porch - fantastic kitchen - all the amenities needed to just enjoy yourself - right down to the beach shovels for building that Sand castle you've always dreamed of building - go - go fast - do not hesitate to rent this lovely home. The home is absolutely immaculate. It's beautifully appointed. You feel like the first person to stay there. I loved having that first cup of tea and last drink of the day watching the sun rise & set over the ocean and marshes. The private beach was welcoming & warm water! Patricia is a gracious host who thinks of everything you need and keeps the home well stocked with things to do and see as well as a great variety of restaurants. My grand som was so happy with the choices of board games and tons of beach toys & floats. We definitely will come back! Thanks so much. Liz D

What a beautiful home! The abundance of windows on both levels allows for plenty of ocean breezes to flow through and the sun to warm your soul. The walk to the quiet, warm water beach is short. Patricia has made available everything you might possibly need; from a needle and thread to a beach cart. The home was exceptionally clean, with plenty of linens and even spices and other cooking supplies. The two decks truly make the home. Whether that first cup of coffee in the morning or nightcap to end the day, the decks were the place to be. Spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding community. Being one of the few multi-level homes in the area, it has the most amazing views. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything, Patricia!

Lovely home with everything you could ever want

Perfect house for a "girls getaway" or a small group of six. This impeccably maintained home is located only a few steps from a private beach. The owners recommendations for excursions and first class dining were spot on and reflected her commitment in making sure her guests were treated like family. The house was equiped with every imaginable convenience and comfort including temperpedic mattresses, two lounge chairs in the living room, beach chairs, linens , extra supplies of tooth brushes, childrens books and games to name a few. The owner checked on us regularly and was always available by phone if we needed her. During the time we were on the Cape, much of the eastern states were experiencing a storm with tornado warnings. Fortunately, the tornado fizzled out before the storm hit the Cape but we were treated to an electrical display that was enhanced by the second floor diniring room that is surrounded by glass on three sides. I would enthusiastically recommend this well located and lovely south Dennis property and look forward to many more trips there.
