Thanks to a corner lot, Villa Dolphin Bay offers privacy all around the pool area. A spacious lounge outdoors offers a place to be for everybody.

Thanks to the U-shaped floor plan, Villa Dolphin Bay is perfect for 2 families. The house offers 2 separate sleeping areas with 2 master bedrooms (each has an own bathroom with bathtub/shower/WC). Both master bedroom shave direct access to the pool area, are very spacious and include a reading corner and own TV.
Second and third bedroom with each an own bathroom (shower/WC).
Great Tiki-Hut facing west to watch the wonderful sunsets of Cape Coral. Enjoy the sparkling water, when the sun sets into the horizon and everything is covered in the most beautiful colors.
Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. Villa The Wave lies directly at the river and you can reach the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva within a hint! Go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.
The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and ideal furnishings. Wonderfully located on the river where we could even see dolphins. Nice pool. With a boat, the whole thing is even more fun. We would book this villa again anytime.
Very nice house with good layout and good facilities. For boating quite good but not absolutely perfect, as there is still some time to the river needed. However, the offer in "even better" locations is not huge. Price - performance is therefore absolutely ok Who wants more, must certainly invest more. Due to the two master suites well suited for two families.
We enjoyed the week at Villa Dolphin Bay to the fullest! Villa, boat and care were excellent and we can only recommend our stay. It was difficult to get a foothold in everyday life after we were in paradise
Great villa with large outdoor space for BBQ and relaxing, good space around the pool. Good location for local amenities and easy access to the river. The toilet was clean, the toilet was clean, the bathroom was clean and the toilet was clean. The bedrooms are good, bright with pleasant outlook onto the canal. They have adjoining large walk-in closets but the beds in the 2 large bedrooms are not comfortable. The 4 bathrooms are in the smaller bathroom at the front has very low pressure. Good kitchen area with all the required appliances and crockery. The Intervilla team is very friendly, efficient and happy to help. The boat hire went without problem as well.
