The Villa Bellevue was completely renovated (2016) with new floors, lamps, furniture, pictures & décor, Kitchen appliances, Screen and painted in- and outsite, garage, driveway and also the pool area.

With the boat you'll pass by the most beautiful, million dollar mansions in the Gulf of Mexico.

The boat belongs to the house and can be rented optionally (recommended).

The owners have rented here in Cape Coral Villas for many years. All their experiences and wishes were realized in the house. You can see all prerequisites for a relaxing holiday.

Wireless high-speed Internet and telephone (local calls for free).

In the first and second bedroom two clock radios with iPod docking station are available, where you can also listen to your music from your personal iPhone.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and guest toillette you have a spacious living area with office corner and a fully equipped kitchen.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The light-flooded bright rooms of the entire house will inspire you.

Enjoy breakfast with a magnificent view of the water or on the newly created East-Terrace overlooking the palm garden on the opposite site.

The large pool (32 x 15 ft) can be heated electrically.

Comfortable relaxing chairs and sun loungers help you relax. A typical American barbecue and gas grill is available in the kitchen near the large dining area.

Sports enthusiasts can use 2 quality bikes (at your own risk).

Don't miss the opportunity to rent a boat for a few days. The offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva can be reached easily by boat. White Caribbean beaches and typical restaurants are waiting for you. Parasol, beach chairs and a cool box are available for the beach day. You reach the open water of Caloosahatchee River by passing the well known Spreader Canal, which lays directly next to the mangroves of Cape Coral. Boat delivery fee for this house: 250€

We loved the Villa Bellevue, everything was as in the pictures, very clean and with everything you need to live, equipped. The location is very nice and very quiet. The management was very friendly and helpful .... can only recommend the villa.
