The 2stories house will enchant you! The southfacing, spacious pool with saltwater offers stunning views over the River. Thanks to huge sliding doors you can connect the livingroom and the lanai to one room and enjoy the Florida feeling inside as well.

Great flat screen TV in the living room, comfortable sofa and a great pool table for daily fun. Free internet access in the whole house (WLAN), apple TV, Netflix (access through your own account) and SONOS sound system.

From the spacious, open and fully equipped kitchen you enjoy wonderful views over the lanai / poolarea and the River. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the bar or on the dock - the perfect moment at the perfect place. Don’t forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home. A Nespresso coffee machine is available.

Villa Sea Bird offers all in all 5 bedrooms - 2 master bedrooms. One of the mastersuites (direct access to the pool area) with own bathroom in the ground floor. Another kingsize bedroom (direct access to the pool area) and a twin-bed-bedroom lay as well on the groundfloor. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (shower/WC).

Upstairs you find the second mastersuite as well as another kingsize bedroom. The two bedrooms share one bathroom with shower/WC.

Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. Within a minute you’re in the middle of the Caloosahatchee River and you can enjoy a sundowner on the water. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.

The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.

Great location with direct access to the Gulf. Very nice topp maintained house, however, would be more TV's in the bedrooms top. Great property management and smooth running of the boat rental. Just Intervillas ;-)) only to be recommended.
