Enjoy them in the big saltwater pool or on one of the numerous comfortable chairs, the integrated table in the pool, in the low water zone or the jacuzzi. The neighbour to the south is 35m away, which gives the property a lot of privacy. The inside as well as the outside of the house are spacious and furnished with Italian designer furniture. All bedrooms on the ground floor have access to the pool area and the big terrace.

From the boat dock you can watch dolphins, which pass by almost daily and visit the guests of Villa The Diamond. Enjoy watching them catching fishes and play with each other. Our Villa is a real hotspot for watching dolphins! The boat dock is equipped with underwater fishlights. As soon as the sun sets you can watch the fishes in the canal being illuminated. Thanks to the numerous fishes the dolphins pass by every day to hunt and eat.

Explore the watercanals and mangroves of Cape Coral with the brand new kayaks and get as close to the dolphins as never before. Special kayak lift for a comfortable entry into the kayaks.
