The designer villa with a great, spacious and south-facing Lanai has a solar and electrical heated infinity pool with a low water zone. The perfect place to sunbath and have the feet cooled down at the same time. The jacuzzi/Spa can be heated separately. Have a sundowner in the pool and enjoy a relaxing evenings. It’s the perfect place!

On the lanai you find a high quality summer kitchen with BBQ, steam-discharge and sink. Enjoy the view over the canal while preparing the perfect, juicy American steak. You will never want to cook somewhere else!

Super-Screen with big panoramic windows for the perfect view over the canal. From Villa Montclaire you reach Caloosahatchee River within only 5 minutes, without having to pass any locks. Rent the sport boat 2017 Monterey M6 with 350PS, you will love to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva.

Fully equipped, high quality kitchen that overlooks the livingroom, the pool and the canal. Enjoy your coffee at the kitchen counter and watch the fishes jump in the canal. Don’t forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home. There’s a Nespresso-machine available for you. The fridge offers 2 separate cooling drawers for beverages.

Villa Montclaire offers 4 beddrooms (each with an own bathroom), but is rented only to 6 persons. 7 or 8 guests on request. The big master suite with kingsize-bed and direct access to the pool area has a wonderful master bathroom with bath tub and shower (handicapped accessible). Juniorsuite with direct access to the pool as well.

Office corner, wireless SONOS indoors and outdoors, and of course a good WIFI in the whole house and outdoors.

5 TV’s (livingroom and in each bedroom) with Apple TV, Netflix and Sling.

From Villa Montclaire you reach the beach of Cape Coral within 10 minutes walking. There are chairs available for a day at the beach.

Very picturesque, separate porch with a nice lounge near the canal at the villas deck and boat lift. Watch the fishes jumping, boats passing and have a coffee or a drink at this wonderful place. That’s life!

Our family was now for the third time in a villa offered by Intervillas. Our stay in March 2018 in the Villa Montclaire we really liked it. The house is very nice, very well and tastefully furnished and very well located. The reservation and the contact with Intervillas as before excellent and very reliable. The local administration by the house PM and Clyde (boat instruction) also excellent, both are very pleasant! The boat was much better than the boats we have rented so far, so the higher price. All in all, our two weeks in the villa and in CC were very nice and relaxing and we will book again via Intervillas soon. We highly recommend the house and intervillas as well as the on-site stewards. Thank you for a great family time.
