Our high season rates vary from our low season rates;
High Season - December 15th till April 15th ($400 US a night and a discounted weekly rate of $2,450

Low Season - April 16th till December 14th ($350 US a night and a discounted weekly rate of $2,200
US per week)
PAYMENT POLICIES
Low Season:
*Payment terms : 40% of full rental rate before arrival (Villa will not be held without payment)
: Remainder of rental rate due upon arrival
*Refundable damage deposit of $350 US required upon arrival (damage deposit is refunded 48 hours after end of stay)
High Season:
* Payment terms : 50% of full rental price before arrival (Villa will not be held without payment)
: Remainder of rental price due upon arrival
* Refundable damage deposit of $400 US required upon arrival (damage deposit is refunded 48 hours after end of stay)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season:
• 50% refund of paid rental costs if cancelled at least 4 weeks before their reservation
• 25% refund of paid rental costs if cancelled at least 2 weeks before their reservation
High Season:
• 50% refund of paid rental costs if cancelled at least 4 weeks before their reservation
• no refund of paid rental costs two weeks before their reservation
