As our guests, you will have total access to the apartment and all facilities located within the Margate Gardens apartment complex which includes the pool.

This property is professionally managed by Keystone Real Estate, fully cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, beach towels, hand soaps, body soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and everything else you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
There is a cap on the electricity of USD50.00 per week and any extra usage is calculated and paid by tenant. This is to prevent AC units being left on during the day in an effort to reduce carbon emissions.
