All bedrooms include ceiling fans, AC Units, King-Size Beds with en-suite bathrooms (one bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds instead of the King).
The open plan living and dining area lead out to a covered balcony where one can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the pool!
The Apt has 3 Balconies, 2 with pool and garden view!
Guest access
As our guests, you will have total access to the apartment and all facilities located within the Margate Gardens apartment complex which includes the pool.
Other things to note
This property is professionally managed by Keystone Real Estate, fully cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, beach towels, hand soaps, body soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and everything else you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
There is a cap on the electricity of USD50.00 per week and any extra usage is calculated and paid by tenant. This is to prevent AC units being left on during the day in an effort to reduce carbon emissions.
There are notes in the yellow folder for Guests staying at Margate Gardens- Password for Internet, Location of bins for recycling etc.

Great location!
The property is exactly as pictured in the online pictures. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling in a group or a family. We had an issue with the AC in one of the bedrooms, but Comarie worked with us to resolve the issue and we were very pleased with our stay.
