What makes this Villa unique

We have guests from every country, all over the world so our rentals are all SELF CHECK-IN. You are provided the property gate code and unit door code so you can check in any time starting at 3:00 PM throughout the night until the next morning. We are located right off the freeway, just 2 blocks South of the 101 and 1/2 block from the city bus stop. You may also rent the property for parties, photography and location shoots.

Hidden Oasis in the Valley!

The Spanish Hacienda was a great place to stay for two adults and a dog. Easy access to Ventura Blvd, 101 and the rest of the Valley ~25 min drive to downtown LA (without traffic...). Apartment had nice fenced in yard in back, apt is a studio/loft setup with full bed upstairs, pull-out sofa in the main area downstairs. Very clean, nicely furnished. Common courtyard area is shared with other rentals on the safe, fenced-in, gated property. Hot tub, small dipping pool, grill, lounge areas all well maintained and comfortable. The Spanish Hacienda (orange apartment in the pic) adjoins a mirror-image apartment next door (the green place in the picture). Only a thin door separates the two places, so if you only rent one, sound travels easily between apartments... rent both to solve this problem! Cheri Woods (owner) was a wonderful host and very accommodating and helpful. We will be sure to stay again! Any place with pink flamingos and Tiki Huts is alright by me!
