Next to the generous Lanai Villa White Style offers a boat dock with a lift that contains a lounge and sun loungers - the perfect place to enjoy the evening sun right next to the water.

4 comfortably furnished bedrooms for up to 8 guests, each bedroom in its own personal design. The mastersuite is separated from the others and lays on one side of the house. A spacious living area, a kingsize bed, a LCD-HD-TV, walk-in closets and direct access to the master bathroom and pool area are waiting for you. The other 3 bedrooms (kingsize, queensize and a twin-bedded room that can be converted into a kingsize bed) are at the other side of the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and an indirect illumination, which can be regulated with a control.

2 bathrooms (1 masterbahtroom for the mastersuite) are available. The other bathroom has a direct access to the pool area and can be used as pool toilet.

Open livingroom and kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The countertop is made out of brasilian natural silica. A comfortable dining area right next to a huge panoramic window offers a breathtaking view over the pool and the canal.

A comfortable couch for 8 guests in the living room invites to enjoy and relax after a long day at the beach.

Don’t miss the opportunity to rent a boat for a few days. The offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva can be reached easily by boat. White Caribbean beaches and typical restaurants are waiting for you. Parasol, beach chairs and a cool box are available for the beach day. You reach the open water of Caloosahatchee River by passing the well known Spreader Canal, which lays directly next to the mangroves of Cape Coral.
