Comfortable lounge and sun loungers. The pool can be heated electrical as well as solar. Separate SPA / Jacuzzi to enjoy a drink in the evening. Gasgrill available for the best, juicy US steaks. The whole pool area is covered by a mosquito screen.

Modern and light furnished livingroom with a big, comfortable couch and a huge 50” flatscreen TV. Table games available for the daily fun. For the small guests you find kids toys at Villa Tropicana. Of course theres a highspeed WLAN available in the whole house, free of cost.

Completely new and fully equipped kitchen that leaves no wishes to be desired. Modern equipment, kids highchair free for use. Absolute eyecatcher is the exclusive house bar with a great glass and mirror front. Pour yourself a drink and enjoy the moment.

3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests, 2 with a kingsize bed and the third with a queensize bed. All have a walk-in closet. 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the others with shower/WC.

Enjoy the view on the boat dock with 2 lifts and watch jumping fishes passing by. The Tiki-Hut offers shade and a wonderful place to have a beer and watch the sparkling water of the canal. Maybe you even see a dolphin or a manatee passing by?

Why don’t you rent the sport boat for a few days. You reach the river in a few minutes without having to pass any locks and you can head off to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. For the perfect day at the beach there are 2 cooling boxes, beach towels and a parasol available.

4 bikes for adults and 2 for kids available. Cape Coral has wonderful bike trails passing sleeping alligators and a great scenery. Use at your own risk!
