4 Bedroom-Anticipation Villa

We returned home last night from Jamaica, and I wanted to let you know everything was perfect. I took my wife, three daughters (+2 husbands & 1 fiancé) two grandchildren (4&6) and my half blind 85 year old Mother in Law. Every one of them said they could not have thought of one thing to make the trip better. Your staff was unbelievable. Fitzroy’s meals with Gregory’s service were over the top. Avis and LaToya were so kind and helpful with my Mother in Law she did not want to leave. The rest of the staff did their jobs to perfection without us really ever seeing them. The old school elegance of the whole Tryall Club was also a treat. Everywhere we went, from the beach to the golf course we were met with outstanding service. We all appreciate your sharing you beautiful home with us, and hopefully we will be able to return soon.

Our stay at Anticipation Villa was a lifetime experience. We absolutely loved it! It’s like staying at a Ritz-Carlton or a Four Seasons. Anticipation Villa is perfection, starting with the magnificent view of the ocean, its exceptional 6 master suites, the beautiful infinity pool, championship golf at the Tryall Club, a beautiful private beach, sailing, spa treatments at the Villa, gourmet cooking classes, yoga and a casino night are just a few of the activities we enjoyed. The staff of 5 catered to every need from gourmet meals prepared by the former Ritz Carlton executive chef, to poolside beverage service, daily laundry and concierge services. Anticipation Villa exceeded our expectations and left us speechless and we already booked our next visit!

Our destination wedding at The Tryall Club Anticipation Villa was a dream come true and the 4 day celebration was more than what we Anticipated making our special day “A Wedding to Remember”. The day of arrival, the Anticipation Villa staff greeted us at the beautiful waterfall entrance with cool mint towels and glasses of champagne. We were amazed at the beauty and elegance of the 6 bedroom contemporary villa with stunning views from every room; the villa was much more than what we anticipated. The loving staff was very attentive and detailed-oriented making all 15 houseguests feel as if they were home. Chef Fitzroy’s meals were divine; all of them delicious, very tasty and never repeated. The staff was very excited about having the wedding dinner reception at their villa. The breath-taking panoramic ocean view from the terrace with the romantic fire pit adjacent to the beautiful infinity pool created the perfect romantic ambience for our outdoor dinner reception of 50 guests. Chef Fitzroy prepared a scrumptious reception dinner followed by a live flambé crepe station with caramelized pineapple or banana in aged Jamaican rum. Our wedding guests can’t stop talking about their wonderful experience at Anticipation Villa making our event “A Wedding to Remember”.

We had an absolutely marvelous week at Anticipation Villa. It was the perfect place to celebrate 3 family birthdays and it felt so good to be back. It's a property we developed a special feeling for when we first went there in 1989. We thought your renovation the old Merryland was not only stunning but incredibly well thought out in terms of providing privacy for all bedroom occupants. Anticipation truly, in our opinion, has the best location of all the villas. The view from the terrace and infinity pool is mesmerizing. The comfort of seating groupings, dining table location on the gorgeous patio, et al could not be improved on in any way. But as lovely as the house is, the staff makes it all work. We fell in love with everyone of them. Fitzroy was just as amazing as you said. Gregory a delight and Lotoya, Alveyna, Jasmine, Avis and your gardener could not have been a more friendly and welcoming group. You must be very special employers to have such a happy staff taking care of you and your guests. We have rented a number of villas at Tryall over the years, but not one had the quality staff that you are employing. We also appreciated Cheryl's extreme efficiency in making Mobay and transfer arrangements, and answering all our questions about the house before arrival. Everything went smoothly with Kenny Williams doing the pick ups. Thank you for making our your beautiful home available to us. Best regards.

We are having a blast and creating wonderful memories. My parents and heir friends can not stop smiling. The staff have been incredible. The food amazing! We are sad to be departing on Wednesday. Thanks again!

The décor is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms, bathrooms and patio areas are all very nicely adorned, inviting, and most importantly, relaxing. - The view! You were so right about that! Definitely, the most beautiful view at Tryall. We awoke each morning to fresh coffee, fresh air, beautiful blue skies and water stretching to the horizon. - The layout of the villa worked really well with our group. It was great to have everything on the same level. The rooms were close in proximity when you needed closeness but spread far enough apart so that we all had privacy. - The food was absolutely superb. Chef Fitzroy was amazing! He turned each meal, even breakfast, into an unforgettable dining experience. We had at least four people with dietary restrictions and he accommodated them to a T….always with a smile. At times the meat lovers were envious of meals prepared for the vegetarian! The MOST AMAZING thing was the ‘refund’ we received as we prepared to leave. We could not believe that he did not use all the money for food. As a matter of fact, we thought that we would need to give him MORE money by the 5th or 6th day of our stay. - Gregory was a lot of fun and helped to make our stay enjoyable. He is a very friendly young man and was always responsive to our requests. We were all very impressed that he always remembered exactly who had the shellfish allergy, who ate no fish, who ate only fish, who ate no red meat and who didn’t like spicy food. After the first morning, he even remembered how each one of the twelve liked their omelets/scrambled eggs prepared at breakfast. - LaToya and Gillian were both awesome! Our bags were unpacked shortly after our arrival. The rooms were kept clean and neat throughout our stay…even after midday naps. During a horseback riding tour, we identified a local family on Black Hill that was in need of financial and medical assistance. LaToya, Gregory and Gillian all helped us in one way or another so that we could help the family. They provided suggestions on items we could purchase and donate to the family and also helped with referrals to medical care providers. - Even our clothing was well taken care of. Our clothes were washed, ironed and returned to the rooms on a daily basis. It was so nice returning home without a suitcase full of dirty laundry.

My family has just returned from a week staying in your wonderful house. We are seven adults and four grandchildren between ages 6 and 8. This was our 6th year at Tryall, and I have to say it was our best. The house, which was the perfect size for us, is beautifully furnished, in a great location, and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming.
