A wonderful vacation is waiting for you! You'll stay in this wonderful holiday home on the ground floor in the beautiful Jalon Valley near the quiet Parcent. Plenty of privacy! The interior is cosy and well-kept with beautiful beamed ceilings, an atmospheric fireplace, and sliding doors to the terrace in the living room. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. With two bathrooms there's plenty of space for a larger family. Around the house there's a large terrain with many flowers, pine trees and olives. From the rattan seating area on the covered terrace you have a view of the green surroundings, with hills and mountain up to 1400 meters high. Enjoy a refreshing dive in the private swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower and of course a barbecue for a great time in the sultry Spanish evenings. Daily groceries, bank, post office and restaurants in Parcent (1 km). The village is a typical Spanish jewel, with weekly markets on Monday mornings: buy your local wine and honey here! Besides vineyards and almond farms you'll find many vast orchards here where oranges, mandarins and lemons grow. The beaches of Denia, Calpe (both 20 km), and Moraira (25 km) are well worth visiting. |
