This stunning and charming 4/5-person, detached villa/apartment enjoys a peaceful setting in the area of Cap Blanc, just outside the unique fishing village of Moraira, on the Costa Blanca coast. The apartment features a large veranda downstairs and a terrace upstairs, an enclosed, south-facing garden, private swimming pool and a hot outdoor shower; a private parking space and outdoor bar and BBQ are of course not missing either. There are wonderful loungers around the swimming pool. The villa is located on a very quiet road, ensuring optimal privacy and serenity. With the sea within walking distance (800m), this place is so perfect, you might not want to leave again. A bakery, supermarket, tennis courts and a golf course are less than a kilometre from the villa. In a few minutes (by car) you can reach the pleasant harbour and boulevard with its many nice restaurants. You can leave your car in the (paid) car park at the harbour. There are also three beaches within walking distance (20 to 30 minutes). You'll find a number of golf courses in the direct vicinity; Javea and the Ifach course in Benissa. Moraire is located between the cities of Valencia (about 110 km) and Alicante (about 80 km); it's a lively village with beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, alternated with bays. Homeowner lives above the apartment and is almost never present at the same time and if so, he is not entitled to the pool and/or bar or facilities of the holiday home, only sleeping in his own residence |
