This stunning villa enjoys a wonderful setting in the hills of Antibes, an exclusive seaside resort where deluxe yachts are lined up in the marina and the town centre is characterised by its many old, narrow streets, lovely squares and restaurants. There's a market every morning. Relax on a lounger on the beach and enjoy a nice lunch nearby. Antibes is well-known for its art and culture. Adjacent Juan-les-Pins is known for its trendy bars and vibrant nightlife. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the Promenade de la Croisette in Cannes and the glass-blower's studio in Biot is also around the corner. The Marineland marine park is only 5 km away. Your villa is a very comfortable place to stay and offers some stunning views across the sea. An amazing panorama, even more special after sunset, when all the lights create an enchanting atmosphere. The garden is enclosed and features a heated swimming pool with diving board and automatic cover. The sun loungers are waiting for you on the terrace and if you prefer a shady place, you can always move to the lounge set underneath the parasol. There's also a covered terrace just outside the villa, which is another nice place to sit, both in summer and in winter. All the rooms in this air conditioned villa are nicely furnished. The lounge area features an open fireplace and there's a large dining table right outside the kitchen. The master bedroom has its own terrace and both that room and the suite offer some great views across the sea. There are two more spacious bedrooms at the back of the house and the fifth bedroom is situated on the first floor. There are four bathrooms in total.
