With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, extra WC and stylish details this stone-built villa can easily accommodate up to 8/10 guests in total comfort with the added bonus of a large private pool providing sensational views over the rolling Tuscan hills.
Inside the villa is set over 3 floors and has been recently carefully restored. During the restoration, particular emphasis has been given to the respect of the local tradition, making wide use of antique pieces and beautiful Tuscan solid wooden furniture: this, together with the perfect location of the villa, helps to give to all our guests an unforgettable holiday. On the ground floor there is a welcoming lounge with satellite TV (free channels), fireplace, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking rings, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, American and Italian coffee maker, kettle), bathroom with shower. Patio doors lead out to 2 shaded areas, perfect for al-fresco dining or relaxation (one with table and chairs and one with sofas to admire the valley below). The 4 bedrooms (all airy and carefully furnished) are located on the upper floor, together with 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the other bedrooms share a large bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The local gentle breeze and the thick stone keep the house cool at all time, even during the peak months of the summer. Finally, the basement (that can be reached from the outside or via an internal staircase) houses a large dining table, sofa and LCD satellite TV. There is a bathroom with shower together with a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-fi internet connection and secure parking are provided free of charge.
As well as the interiors of Villa Campiglia, the outdoor areas are set to impress. Providing total privacy (with no nearby properties overlooking) together with nreathtaking country views, the extensive gardens of the villa are furnished with gazebos, sofas, tables, chairs and barbecue to fully enjoy the traditional italian outdoor living. There will be plenty of options for al-fresco dining, and watching the sunset over the hills while chilling with a glass of Brunello wine will be a true delight. The private swimming pool (open from the 1st of May until the 15th of October) is generously sized and attracts sun all day. It measures 8m x 4m and it is equipped with an electric cover system to keep the water warm during the night if required.

Wonderful villa at wonderful place
Excellent. Campiglia D’Orcia is a gorgeous little town and this villa was a delight to stay at. Awe inspiring views, quite, peaceful and a brilliant base from which to visit Montepulciano and the genius wine community of Montalcino. Also, Guerri, the owner of the property was a very nice and helpful man.
