This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, townhouse style condo is a wonderful mountain retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with 1-king bed,1-full bath, and a laundry cubby. This vacation property also includes unlimited long distance within the continental U.S. and Canada, and will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

RESERVATIONS: CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. Cancellations received 20 through 15-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment*. Cancellations received with 14-days or less notice forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire rental period, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee shall be withheld, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. |
