We stayed in one of the condos, not the two-story main building. It was clean and quiet, very private with a small balcony from which to enjoy the beautiful view. We had no trouble preparing simple meals in the small kitchen with a 'fridge big enough to keep plenty of groceries and beverages cold The staff was friendly and helpful. Unlike much of OB, the grounds were well-kept with tropical vegetation and no piles of dog poop!
Perfect beach getaway for a couple with dogs. The condo was very clean and has an ideal location, especially if you have pups. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for anything more! Highly recommend this place!
We will definitely be back and I would book this location again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to many restaurants. Steps from dog beach and so dog friendly. They even give you a welcome bag for your fur baby.
The room was cute, clean. Slightly bigger than a standard hotel room with a small kitchenette. The condo Shares the parking lot with the Ocean Villa Inn (next door) with access to their pool, ice, housekeeping (upon request). The condo seems to be managed by the hotel as the front desk gives u the keys to the condo. The condo is on the second floor of a 3 story building so occasionally you will hear the people above you but it has a great ocean view. They also have rules about not leaving your dogs unoccupied in the room but luckily the whole town of OB is super dog friendly. Most restaurants with patios allow well behaved dogs on the patio. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our dogs had a blast on the dog beach.
There's much to like about this space. The shower was massive and easy to use, the room was well insulated against noise from adjacent occupants, the bed was very comfortable, the A/C unit worked great, and the deck and views were super awesome. A few minor things would make the experience even better, such as providing bar height stools and a table for the deck to see over the railing while sitting outside, a magnetic towel rack for a kitchen towel, more silverware (we only had one spoon), a broom and dust pan to sweep the floors throughout the stay, and a wall mirror outside the bathroom. We also noticed two of three boogie boards provided were internally cracked in half (FYI only). "Kevin" and other support staff we met during our stay were extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!! Thank you!
