Our unit is #270. This is a true Ocean Front condo. It faces the ocean. Be aware of other sites that offer ocean view or even say they are ocean front as those terms are frequently interchanged. There is a map of the Seaside complex in the photo section with unit numbers. That is the only way to insure the location of a unit.

This is an excellent property and location
This condo is exactly as described. Nice gated community, great experience. The owner was helpful throughout our stay and was very responsive whenever we had questions. Will definitely be back!
My husband and I stayed at the condo for a quick birthday trip in mid-April 2018. The property is well maintained, the condo was exactly as advertised, well-stocked and perfect for just the two of us. Although it is a small space, it was well utilized/maximized. The view from the balcony was beautiful. John was very helpful and accommodating to allow us to move our check in/check out dates to avoid the severe weather moving through the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (the bikes were so much fun) and would highly recommend this condo.
My husband & I stayed here for our last getaway just the two of us before our baby is born. It was perfect for the 2 of us and we really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues at all.
