On the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island's beach, List in the top 25 beaches in the country by tripadvisor. Ten minutes from Harbortown. Oceanview from the Balcony, Pool on premises, grilling area, Sleeps up to 5. 1 bedroom with queen bed and TV, 2 built-in bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Towels and linens provided only need your beach towels. 2 TVs, Wifi included, DvD player and full equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. 3 beach chairs in unit. Washer and dryer on same floor as unit, Elevator available to the second floor unit, Non smoking unit and no pets allowed in any unit. Ample parking within complex. |

The condo was great and the property was relaxing. We would recommend it to anyone. The weather was beautiful and would go again in a minute.
Enjoyable stay at Hilton Head.
We appreciated the nice open living area the new kitchen provided in comparison with other 1 bedroom villas at Sea Side. This was perfect for our family of 4! The kids stayed in the gally bunk beds. Everything was clean and the view from the deck was very nice. All appliances were in good shape with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. I would recommend bringing a nice sheathed knife for cutting up produce as the few knives there are tired. The fridge and ice maker worked well and we put it to use. We hope to be back! Also, Megan at Seabreeze was wonderful to work with and she brought a key to us when I locked us out! So very happy with our stay here!
Quite small, but fairly well equipped. More silverware should be provided and coffee filters would be appreciated as all coffee makers are different. The bedroom is very small and access to one side is very cumbersome. A table on the patio would be nice and a clean rug in the living area. Also feel the rental agency should contact the renter, once they're settled ,to ascertain everything works and nothing additional is needed.
My family of 4 (two adults and 2 small children) have stayed here for the third year in a row. The location can't be beat - you can literally park the day of your arrival and not get back in the car until it's time to head home. The property is clean and well maintained. We were impressed with the new kitchen, as it was much more spacious than previously. The property is an easy walk to the beach, even carrying little ones, and the pool is great.
