Weather you're coming to visit family in the area, attending a wedding / event at Inn & Spa East Wind Long Island (15 min. drive), Going on Vineyard Tour in the North Fork Wineries (20-30 min. drive) or simply want to enjoy the beach and the views, our house offers the perfect setting.
The beach in our town, along the north shore of long island, is one of the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. It is stretches for miles with no interruptions - true heaven for nature, sea life and birds. Views and scenery is beautiful around the entire year. Fishing, kayaking, sailing, surfing, swimming, bird watching, play soccer (soccer goals provided) in our front yard or basketball (basketball hoop provided) in the driveway, fly your kites....visit the nearby Wineries and Farms and much more. Watch the seals, cook in a fully equipped kitchen, watch movies / YouTube / play games on our Smart TV and warm up by the fireplace in the winter, play soccer / volleyball and other games in the front yard....or just relax with a good book. Wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the waves.
Built in 2015, the house is a modern / contemporary addition to the property and consists of:
3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms. 1 Living Room and a modern wood burning Fireplace.
1 Open Kitchen with an Island & Dining area.
Unit B can accommodate up to 9 persons;
6 Adults + A child on upper twin size bunk bed; (Total 7)
Can accommodate additional 2 adults on a blow-up mattress (Total 9).
If requested, Queen size blown-up mattress provided.
Lower Level opens to a deck and a yard facing the sea and includes:
2 Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom (Tub).
Bedroom 1 – a Queen size Bed, a Closet & Utility room.
Bedroom 2 - a Bunk Bed (Twin over Full size) and a Closet.

* There's additional $35 fee per night per adult for any additional adult over 6 a total of adults.
Payment methods: Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order, Pay Pal, Venmo (Credit Card Payments will be charged 3% of the total fee by the Credit Card Company and will be deducted from the Refundable Security (Damage) Deposit.
• 3% Taxes are added to the total rent amount to any rental which is less than 30 consecutive days, as per Suffolk County Hotel / Motel Tax (Chapter 523-9).
* Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000.00 is required with any reservation and must be paid at least 30 days before the first day of rental.
• Credit Card Payment Fees (if paid with CC) charged by the Credit Card Company will be applied and deducted from the Security (Damage) Deposit Refund.
• Weekly rate includes one weekend only. Minimum 4 days reservation required during holidays or higher rate per day would apply.
• Min. Reservation Deposit: 50% of the rent.
• 50% balance AND Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000.00 are due at least 30 days prior to the first day of rental.

We stayed for a long weekend here and the property and views were amazing! Very convenient to the North Fork wineries as well as Port Jefferson.
Great place to relax and explore Long Island and was ideal for us all to unwind before we went on to New York. Owner was first class and communicated brilliant from start to finish.
We had a most relaxing and beautiful stay at this house. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore and watching the stars at night from the patio were just what we were looking for. The house is full of smart design features. Can't say enough about how beautiful it was and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.
House was beautiful and well equipped. View was amazing. Owner responds immediately to questions. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone! We enjoyed our stay!
When you walk through the front door the view of the Sound takes your breath away. House is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, bedrooms have a fabulous view. All rooms nicely furnished. You can sit on the deck and enjoy your coffee in morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It is a very pleasant to spend a weekend or a week. I would go back in a nanosecond. We took a ride out East and spent a pleasant day in Greenport passing many wineries on the way out. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone I know.
