We rented the unit on the 21st floor. The view was breathtaking. The unit was fantastic. Security was exceptional, really enjoyed our week there. We will definitely rent again.
I booked with Marc back in Jan 2016 for a Sunday to Sunday stay. Marc was more than willing to work with us as this is the time of year the standard is Saturday to Saturday. The 1st thing we noticed when walking in was just how clean the unit was. The bedding was the same. We've vacationed at One Seagrove for many, many years and always went through the office to book; no more. We'll always deal with Marc. The Chair Vendors even know him and took very good care of us to ensure my Mother In Law was comfortable. The views on the 21st floor are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't have asked for a better vacation this year! Our deposit was refunded promptly without even asking Marc if it was on the way. I plan to be back here very soon. If there's a chance we can get away for a few day, then I'm getting a hold of Marc. The best decision of the year was to book here! We stayed in 2105.
I have stayed in both of Marc's condos. Both are great. I was worried this past February when I stayed on the top floor but the view is wonderful. It doesn't feel like you are that high up. Both units are clean and well kept. Will always call Marc first to see if he has availability before I go to someone else.
We just returned from a one week stay. Everything was just as described and Marc is very nice. We will return again! The view is amazing and the beach chairs and umbrella make this the absolute best.
