This spacious, newly renovated home includes a new in-ground, heated, salt-water pool & hot tub, surrounded by a nicely landscaped and private yard. The house comes fully furnished with all needed appliances, dishes, silverware, washer and drier, and includes linens and towels.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds (single over double & single over single), and has a full size bathroom with a tub. Bedroom #4 (master) is located on the other side of the house and includes a bathroom with a shower. The house can comfortably accommodate 11 people and is perfect for 2-3 families.
The house is located next to Pompano Beach Municipal Park, which offers a golf course, with over 5 miles of bike paths, a pool complex, tennis, basketball, baseball soccer, volleyball, kids play areas and an outdoor amphitheater. Shopping locations and restaurants are nearby. The beach is only 1.2 miles away.
