We can highly recommend this house, the landlord, the administration including the on-site support. We have felt very comfortable here. The house is very clean and everything works. Very nice contact with the owner and the manager. We are very, very, very, very happy to come back !!!!

We spent almost six weeks in this beautiful home and loved every minute of our stay. The home was so well equipped with everything - down to the small items one forgets or needs to bring, i.e., lingerie laundry bag, scotch tape, needle & thread, cooler, etc. The house is comfortable and quite spacious - great room is actually larger than what pictures show. Kayaks and bikes were an added special treat. Owner very easy and accommodating to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here!

We have a very nice time! The house is very well maintained and well equipped - especially for toddlers everything is available and we did not miss anything. The contact to the landlord Tom Berg and also on site to the administration (thanks also to Sven) is absolutely exemplary. Thank you for the great stay! We will be back!

Very clean and well equipped cottage with direct view from the pool and hot tub to the canal. Terrace was equipped with everything you need for a holiday. House handover by the administration worked uncomplicated and fast. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Both the arrival, as well as the check-out went smoothly. The landlords were easy to reach and took care of any questions or problems. The house is a dream! It has 3 bedrooms, a large living / dining area and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the loungers and the screen, which protects against mosquitoes, it can be great at the pool, which has a built-in Jacuzzi, endure. The house also has two bicycles and two canoes, which you can use at any time. I would definitely go back there and can only recommend the holiday apartment!

This is exactly how you imagine a vacation! Great and easy contact with the landlord, so that you can arrive straight away. The house is upset and very spacious. It is also fully equipped so that you don't miss anything that you don't have at home. Thanks to the screen, you can sit outside at any time without mosquitoes. Another highlight is the jetty, which is built into a small freshwater river. The river, which leads into a small lake, can be explored with the two in-house canoes.

A great house that leaves nothing to be desired. Communication with the landlord was always timely and straightforward. The arrival documents came on time, the route description was optimal. The distribution of the rooms is spacious, typical American decor, which we were very happy about, not like now often in Ikea style. The equipment of the kitchen, grill, additional towels and bath towels etc. was great, we had everything we needed. In addition there are bicycles and kayaks that we could use. The children could feed the turtles from the jetty. Overall there is really nothing to complain about. Thank you for this nice vacation stay.

We spent 2 weeks in the super beautiful villa! We felt absolutely comfortable from the start. The villa is lovingly and richly decorated. From various kitchen utensils to board games to travel tips, everything is included in the house. The beautiful pool, the jetty with the many turtles and the canoe trips were our highlights! Tom, as well as the administration on site, were super friendly and helpful. We can absolutely recommend staying in the villa :)! We would love to come back!

The villa is a dream. Everything was there and we did not miss anything. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house was lovingly furnished and we felt right from the start like home. We were very well received and informed about everything. The contact with the owner worked well and we were informed in advance about some attractions and restaurants. We definitely recommend the villa and would book it again anytime.

We spent almost 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. Everything was ok from arrival to departure. The mattresses were not saggy and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the evening trips with the kayaks. The "private zoo" with a small alligator and many turtles on the canal was great. The pool was of course an absolute highlight for the children. The house was in a very quiet location, there were absolutely no noise disturbances! Absolute recommendation.

We felt completely at ease in this wonderful house from the first minute onwards. The on-site handling with Sven from the property management was also wonderful. We particularly liked the pool and the quiet location, and we also enjoyed the daily feeding of Alligator Thomas and his friends on the jetty. We can only recommend and come to the house gladly again.

The equipment of the house with the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and especially the outdoor area with pool and jetty leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is very clean and of good quality. Very pleasant is the quiet location without many neighbors directly on the canal. The location is still very cheap, so shopping and the trips to the beaches is very easy. dream vacation Our vacation this year, which we were allowed to spend as repeat offenders in this wonderful house, was again heavenly beautiful. The villa, the garden, the location - everything just great! Villa and garden are perfect and furnished with love. The whole process with the landlord family and the German property management on site was very friendly and great, just like the first time. We spent 2.5 wonderful weeks here again and enjoyed the great nature (Schnappi, the small - in between 3-legged alligator, the turtles - also a large softshell turtle -, ibises and a green iguana right in front of the pool! Fantastic !!!! ! We definitely want to go to this paradise again !.

Super equipped villa in a quiet location, top equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Especially in the jacuzzi and on the jetty by the river, you can enjoy the evenings with a cocktail. Numerous shops are nearby and also to the beautiful beach of Ft. Myers is just a few minutes drive. Any time!

There were four of us for about 1.5 weeks in the house and it was really a great vacation. There was more than enough space and the house is on a quiet side street but still very close to everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). It is also not far to Fort Myers beach. Pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the rest of the house. Barbecue, TV, microwave, stove - everything you need to live was there and released for use. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back soon :)

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully maintained house. The condition agreement was very fair, there were no hidden costs. The contact with the owner family was also very nice. The house offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay. We spent days completely in the house, but also visited all the beaches in the area. We would definitely book the house again.

We had a great stay at this house. It was well maintained and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. It had lots of fun extras like a grill, bikes and kayaks. We liked the city of Cape Coral which is much less busy than the bigger cities of FL. The owners were easy to work with. We could not have asked for anything more. We highly recommend it!

We were in this house for the second time for three weeks this year. Everything just fits. Nice landlord. German / USA support on site. Super equipped. Weber gas grill with cleaning included, 30 degrees pool temperature, location, WiFi etc. Absolutely nothing that could be improved. The rental price is also very fair compared to others. Over and over again - and now for the 8th time. The Villa Sunset Dream offers everything you need for a relaxing and relaxing vacation. To be able to spend 5 weeks of vacation in this dream house every year - THANKS Gabi and Tom Berg. The house is beautifully situated on a river, has a quiet environment and you can reach everything from shopping, beach and groceries with short distances. You can even do Walmart by bike. We were in this house for the second time and have already booked the third time. That alone is self-evident :-) We have already booked and inhabited several different houses in Cape Coral and the surrounding area, but have come to the conclusion that this is the best. It is not simply tastefully decorated, it feels at home and feels as if you could and would like to move in straight away. Other houses are just as chic, but usually they look cool if not cold. And that's something we particularly love about 'Sunset Dream' - it's a home. You can feel that the owners love this house and not just have created a good opportunity for it. Everything is as described, respectively. actually much better. The decor is phenomenal. It has everything you need or could need and that in the kitchen, the bathrooms, it has books, lots of tips for trips and restaurants, etc. Even before you arrive you get extensive information material, the contact with the owners is always pleasant, warm and always takes place promptly. For us the absolute non plus ultra the animal world that starts right in front of the house. Two alligators, around 20 water turtles (one of which is a softshell turtle :-), wonderful, sometimes very large, birds, ... The kayaks were used again regularly and helped for one or the other great trip. Everything else is within easy reach: shopping, dining, beaches, outlets. We are delighted to have found this house and are already looking forward to the next vacation in the 'Sunset Dream' and hopefully many more times ... Although we were not really lucky with the weather, the holidays were a balm for the soul and we would like to thank the hosts most sincerely for making the house accessible to others and thus simply helping to experience unforgettable great times in CC!

Very tastefully decorated house, great pool and nice, quiet surroundings. We felt very comfortable, it was always a nice "come home" after our numerous trips. Everything very relaxing! Every morning we fed 2 alligators (mini) and at least 8 turtles.

It's true, everything is excellent. The previous ratings are true. A great house, very nice landlord. The crocodile and countless turtles and fish greeted us every morning. Overall the house is absolutely recommendable. Keep it up.

The villa is beautifully decorated and is on a quiet side street by a river. Everything is there to make you feel comfortable right from the start, you can relax from the excursions by the pool and enjoy the great sunsets while barbecuing with the Weber grill. On the jetty behind the house you can feed turtles and fish or just enjoy the peace and quiet on the water. We also made many trips to the dream beaches and were in the Everglades. The landlords gave us many tips and were always helpful. Unfortunately 1 week was almost too short ... we will definitely be back :-)

For the second time we spent our vacation in this quiet, beautiful house and felt very comfortable again. All shops are nearby (by American standards) and after visiting the outlet malls you can relax on the terrace, in the pool or in the whirlpool. The new grill works wonderfully and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It was certainly not the last time we were a guest in this wonderful house.

It was really nice again at Villa Sunset Dream. Everything is lovingly decorated. Nothing is missing. You could spend weeks, months, years here. A great pool with a large outdoor area. Mosquito repellent perfect. A (Weber !!!) grill is available. Turtles can be found on the hotel's own jetty (we counted 11): fish, gray heron, ducks and perch. A wonderful nature. Every single picture reflects the villa and its surroundings. The managers are also very friendly, speak German and answer all questions. We are looking forward to next year !!!

The owners were very serious and friendly throughout the booking process (and after !). They even sent us documentation and a small Cape Coral’s tourist guide about surrounding areas so we can plan our holiday. Once there, we had to deal with Silke from the Management Company. She was very available and has been able to show how works all the devices in the home. Everything was clean and in working order. The house is very well equipped with everything we would expect for comfort and even leisure activities. It was the third time we went in Florida but the first time we found a so nice decorated house. It was very pleasant for us to discover a real and very confortable house (not just a soulless house for renting)… We felt like it was our… But our own home is not so confortable and exotic ! We appreciate the bicycles (in villa’s neighborhood) and all clever and useful notices and informations we found about the house and Cape Coral’s area. This is how we discovered some lovely beaches and good restaurant… Fort Myers has a large airport (usually about 35 or 40 minutes from villa). We advise you to land there rather than in Miami (located about three hours away). As in our previous stays in Florida, we met some nice and relaxed people.... For the fourth time we were in the Villa Sunset Dream and felt very comfortable again. Unfortunately, the five weeks passed far too quickly. Cape Coral and the surrounding area offer so much variety that the days fly by. We had a lovely stay here in January 2015 and enjoyed temperatures in the mid 70’s. Tom & Gaby (owners) are very pleasant to deal with and Silke & Karl from the Management Company were very helpful during our stay, being able to demonstrate using the pool/spa controls and BBQ etc. The villa had everything we needed. We were able to make use of the two bicycles and went riding at Lovers Key State Park and through the Nature Reserve on Sanibel Island. We also tried the kayaks out on the canal as it was quiet and peaceful and we didn’t fall in! The whirlpool bath and outside spa were also nice after those physical activities! The coolbox was handy for any food/drink we wanted to take out during the day.It was nice to be able to cook in the evenings and relax watching the TV catching up on all the programmes we only get to see on vacation! We would recommend the Banana Bay Tour Company . We did the sunset cruise and managed to see Dolphins. Capt JR and first mate Anja were very helpful. It was a quick drive away and reasonably priced and we could book online too! It departs from the Pier near the Rumrunners restaurant so linger there to get in line for choice of seats but all seats seemed good. Would highly recommend Capt Jack tours from nearby Matlacha. We did the sunset cruise and this was a more personal trip – two other couples joined us on this cruise. It was only $35 per adult and we saw birds, manatees, playing dolphins and the sunset – probably the highlight of the holiday. Capt Jack is very informative and helpful and a genuine nice guy. You also get 20% off your entire bill at the restaurant where you park for this trip if you do decide to dine there – Miceli’s, which we would also recommend. We spent quite a few days just relaxing by the pool and when the sun disappears you can venture down to the dock area to catch more. It is a fairly quiet and private area. We did see some turtles and birdlife around the canal too. The bathroom can be accessed straight from the pool area which is also useful. There are sun loungers and also a nice table and chair area in the shade. The villa was clean, nicely furnished and well maintained and we would not hesitate to recommend it. We also liked that the price included all utility costs – we had not been to Cape Coral before but found a lot of villas charged per Kwh for electric and all rentals we have previously had in Florida have always been an all inclusive price. This year we have spent our vacation in this beautiful house for the seventh time. We are always looking forward to enjoying life in Cape Coral for 5 weeks. This house offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday, good food, especially the grill for meat. Everything is there, very well maintained and everything is very clean. Having your own pool is hard to beat. The house is beautifully planted all around, the jetty on the river invites you to linger and you feel good all around. SW Florida also offers a lot of nice things to experience, for example the beach, shopping, eating and much more. Next year, same time, same place.

After a round trip through Florida, we spent a few more days in this great villa. Everything was just as nice as described and the landlord had given us many tips on what we could do. We visited the great beaches and restaurants and we particularly enjoyed the peace and relaxation by the pool. It was also great to paddle the kayaks in the river and feed the many turtles. If we go back to Florida we will only go to Villa Sunset Dream.

It is really a dream villa. Everything is lovingly decorated. Nothing is missing in this house. We had 19 wonderful days here. The photos say exactly what we found there. The landlord is very nice, always ready to listen and every contact is friendly and informative. There is a very, very nice German-speaking administration on site, who is always available to provide advice and assistance. We will come back!!!! Most certainly!!!!! Very soon!!!! We spent 10 quiet relaxing days here and there was nothing lacking. The villa actually deserves its name, the sunsets are fantastic. Add a glass of red wine in the whirlpool and the evening is perfect. The turtles in the river are more hungry than thirsty, but that wasn't a problem either. A packet of toast bread from Publix and toads and fish were also satisfied.

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sunset Dream. The Berg family took care of all matters in advance of the trip. The on-site support provided by BMI, especially Sandra, was professional and friendly. We found the grill "gas bottle service" particularly pleasant. The house itself is perfect: The location: quiet, on the canal with a touch of "wild life" The equipment: Everything you need is available. Nothing was missing. The house is comfortably furnished. There are many ways to relax. We used the pool intensively, as well as the grill ... Cleanliness: Everything was clean - including the grill. It was very pleasant for us that the final cleaning of the grill was included in the price and that we did not have to sacrifice the last day for cleaning work. We hope to be able to spend our vacation in Villa Sunset Dream again.

After 2012 and 2013 we have now spent our third vacation in Villa Sunset Dream. The villa and its location are just perfect. It is very quiet with no direct neighbors on a side channel, so that you can enjoy the sun and the pool carefree. The routes to Publix and the harbor with its very nice restaurants are short. Up to 30 golf courses can be reached within half an hour by car. They are almost perfectly maintained and can be booked relatively cheaply with GolfNow. We always feel comfortable in the Villa Sunset Dream, because everything is very carefree; Starting with the very friendly contact with the landlord, the unproblematic handover and acceptance of the holiday home, the spacious, bright and clean premises to the pool, which invites you to take a bath in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after the round of golf. - We are already looking forward to next year.

We searched for a long time and then finally decided on this house - it was the right choice! The support from the time of booking until departure was very friendly and helpful at all times. We were excited to see if the online information about the house was really correct, and they were all correct. The house and property was clean and well maintained, the equipment is good, the bikes and kayaks are really there :-) and usable. It is a dream to sit outside in the evening, to enjoy the dusk and the temperatures. Restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores / pharmacies, banks are nearby. The turtles, fish and the little alligator are actually regular guests on the jetty. We were there with our 2 1/2 year old son, who settled in very quickly and - even if you always have to keep an eye on the little ones - the swimming pool and jacuzzi were always kept a safe distance, unless of course when he was with us hopped in, so no problem, even with toddlers. All in all a dream vacation in a very nice vacation home, we can only recommend this house and will - if it should be Cape Coral again soon - certainly try to rent this house again. What can one say about enjoying a vacation in such a wonderful luxurious home!!! The Villa Sunset Dream the third year in a row was probably the best and most relaxing vacation in years!! We enjoyed the comfortable house with fabulous pool and peaceful dock setting!! We finally saw the alligator and giant fish this year!!! The turtles couldn't wait to be fed in the morning while enjoying may morning coffee!!!! We loved our outings to Bert's and the BluSushi restaurant had a awesome Happy hour!!! you can't miss Bert's Shrimp house and best Burgers at Ford's Garage!!!!
