You will sleep on a beautiful king size dark cherry sleigh bed in the master bedroom. Take a long soak in the Florida tub in your master bath, or take a quick shower. There is plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town with your double vanity.
Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen, complete with coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you should ever need.
LCD HD flat panel TV's in your livingroom and bedroom.
DVD and multi-disk CD player in living room. Don't forget your computer. We have free internet access through Comcast highspeed internet service.
The bunk room features a full bed and LCD HDTV.
For those extra guests there is also a Lazy Boy queen size sleeper sofa.
Should you need to work off last nights' dinner Sunrise offers a spacious gym overlooking the pool complete with cardio equipment, free weights, and universal equipment.

Loved our stay in 1606. This was our second year staying here. Naomi did an excellent job having everything very clean and ready when we arrived. Sheri is very nice and trustworthy, talked with her several times before our trip. My daughter loved having her own full size bed instead of the hall bunks. We will definitely stay here again when we take our vacations at Panama City
Four of us stayed in the condo, and it was really great! The beds were comfortable (my biggest "want" on a vacation). We had everything we needed and more. Admittedly, we spent most of our time outside, but when we were inside it was wonderful! Naomi called and checked on us a couple of times which was very nice, and we even received a thoughtful gift from her and Sheri. Make this condo your next vacation rental. You won't regret it!
We are repeat customers. We love this place and it is always our first choice when vacationing in PCB. Naomi does a fantastic job keeping the condo spotless. The owner keeps it up to date and a new full size front load washer and dryer works great. Be sure and check out her photos. This is a luxurious condo. We will be back. The elevators are great. No long wait times. They take you right up.
The condo unit was fantastic. Loved the new full size washer and dryer, the kitchen, master bath and THE VIEW! Best vacation we've had in years. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs replaced though. No way to control the speed and it was loud. Naomi was wonderful to work with. She provided lots of helpful hints on the area and was always available if needed. She's a sweety.
I absolutely loved this condo! The amenities were everything we needed, it was beautiful, and the location was great in regards to local attractions. We were able to watch fireworks from both piers, which my kids loved! There were many restaurants within walking distance that were also excellent. We will definity use this unit if we are able to come back!
This was our first family vacation to PCB and it definitely won't be our last. We loved the condo! It's very clean! The location is in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The view is amazing and the weather was also. The beach service was an added bonus and whoever runs the chairs was very helpful when my daughter got stung by a jellyfish. Loved also having the security on the premises. We have been looking for our spot and haven't found the right fit until now. We will definitely be back! Sherri and Naomi you went above and beyond for our family. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with our family. Get ready to get super booked cause I'm sharing your spot with everyone I know.
