My wife and I visited Turks & Caicos in 2012 and fell in love with the people and the beauty of this island. We have always felt safe on the island and have visited many areas.  We bought our home in 2012 when it was just a small stone cottage on over 2 acres and have many great memories from that time.  In 2017, our home was destroyed by Hurricane Irma and we had just finished the rebuild.

The best thing about our home is the location. Its right in the middle of Long Bay Beach which is a mostly private beach. Long Bay Beach is world renowned for kite boarding which is literally steps from our patio. Our beach is secluded and quiet but it's only a 10 minute drive from all the shopping, restaurants and resorts of Grace Bay Beach. Our villa is an easy drive from the airport and to all the shopping and activates Turks & Caicos has to offer.

 

What makes this Villa unique

Keeping our home safe for us and guests and staff during COVID is of upmost important. We have complete cleaning between guests stays and have daily maid service unless a guest request otherwise. If no contact is important, this can be easily arranged. We can provide grocery and alcohol shopping whenever needed if helpful. Just ask us for whatever might make your stay easier and it can probably be done.
