Brand new for 2007, it's a beautiful place, nicely decorated and has ceramic tile on floors in living areas & Baths. Kitchens have Corian Counter tops and all appliances a laundry room with Washer & Dryer, Not your average rental property it was designed as a permanent home. There is an in-ground Private pool that is heated April through November, with lots privacy. The Children and parents alike will love the 768 square foot recreation room with pool table, and arcade games and large Wet-Bar. Only 400' to the beach, and there are ocean views from the living area and porches. With 5 bedrooms & 7 baths 3800 square feet, there is room for the entire family. Each bedroom and the two living areas have a TV and DVD. There is an outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, large refrigerator, and lots of cabinets. The house has a full size washer and dryer, plus we furnish all linens and paper products at no extra charge and there is no departure cleaning fee. Activities:

Mr. Link and Trudy were very quick with answers to our questions. Pool was warm as requested. Bed were comfortable. Furnishings a little worn. But the game room was a huge hit as was the golf cart. We will definitely be back.
We had our married couples retreat and it was perfect!
This was our family's 6th annual trip to this wonderful beach house. It is still as remarkable as ever! This time we had an issue with one of the air conditioning units, and I must say that Dewey came to the rescue instantly. We were pleasantly surprised when he showed up with a portable air conditioner for us to use until the actual unit could be replaced. Thank you, Dewey. No other owner would have gone the extra mile the way that you did! Hope to see you again next summer.
The house is 2 short blocks from the beach. You can walk or drive the golf cart that is provided. We took our own golf cart and we had 9 people so we had enough room for all of us to ride to the beach or go shopping at the local shops. The pool is very comfortable not too cold and just large enough to play volleyball in. Our family ranged in age from 21 months to 72 years old. The game room was a big hit with most everyone especially the pool table. There is plenty of room in the house is very spacious and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! The elevator was great for moving things in and out of the house and also for the older people in the party. It is by far the best beach house we have rented in the last 10 years! We hope to go back again! Thanks doing for a great vacation!
This is a great house. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. There are so many bathrooms there is never a wait. The place was spotless when we got there. The game room and all the TV's came in handy. So did the location, since it is close to the main route, but not too close. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. The sunrise shouldn't be missed.
