I live in Northern Michigan. I have enjoyed vacationing in the N Myrtle beach area so we bought this place.

What makes this Condo unique

The Location is second to none.Enjoy the Avista's amenities or visit some establishments within walking distance.Cabs are abundant and reasonable too.I have come to learn that even the locals prefer N Myrtle beach over Myrtle Beach.I like to go where the locals go and the ocean drive section is where many locals come to have fun.

Not a bunch of street people hanging about in N Myrtle Beach either.Go ahead check-out Downtown Myrtle beach and the south end and see what lingers there, I am so lucky I bought in N Myrtle Beach!.

I particularly enjoy using the hot tubs at the resort in the early evening.It's great to enjoy a beverage while seeing the crescent moon next to the many palm trees at the resort! Just like the South Carolina state symbol.

My friends and I stayed here for a pre-graduation beach week. Compared to other people who came to the same resort, this room was reasonably priced, well decorated, and large - for a big group, it was just what we needed. Plenty of space for eight people.

Great Time.

Just wanted you to know that we had a great time at your condo in Myrtle Beach last week. It was clean and comfortable. We were a bit surprised to realize that it seemed to be a continuation of "Senior Week" and hundreds of kids but I have to say, although, we saw plenty of beer being carried in,all seemed well behaved on the beach and were pleasant in the building. We were not bothered by any noise at night. I'm sure we will be in touch to rent again.

Our wonderful AVISTA

We just returned home from a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach. This year we stayed in a beautiful 10th floor suite at the Avista and LOVED IT! We had a perfect view of the beach so we could see the tides and the sunrises. There is covered parking right across the street and the elevator is just a few feet away from the unit. There are 3 elevators so we never had a long wait and they are larger than some places we have stayed. We easily fit ourselves and 2 hotel luggage carts in there with room to spare. On the main floor near the front desk is a very nice place to eat with a great dinner special at a reasonable price and a breakfast buffet. (We were there in November so it may not be the same at High Season) The food was good and the people there were attentive. The location was perfect for us. Close to a Krogers, a kind of unique, very big Church and great deals for the little bit of shopping we did. Also, remember Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are tourist areas so several outstanding attractions are located just a short drive away to meet just about any taste. Pick up the coupon books that are everywhere to find out what's going on and get some nice discounts. On the 4th floor there is a nice fitness center and a laundry room if you want to do more laundry faster. The suite was clean and fresh. All the furniture looked new and most of the basics were in the kitchen. The owner was THE BEST. He responded immediately to the few questions we had and was wonderful to work with. Yes, We would recommend this

My family and I had a great time at the condo over Spring Break. The location was wonderful, the unit outstanding, and the view of the ocean every morning was second to none. The property was just as shown in the photos. The entire property was well maintained and incredibly clean. The condo was also very close to restaurants and malls making picking up dinner or just snacks for the day a breeze. Covered parking was an added bonus I had not expected. The owner was very helpful and available to answer questions. We enjoyed ourselves so well we are already planning to stay again this year. Thanks for the great stress free vacation!

Beautiful in February

We loved our February vacation at this condo. It was clean and neat and looked just like the pictures. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The elevator is just a few feet away from the condo which made it so convenient. We were pleased with the price. Everything else we checked was so much more expensive. There is a lot to do within walking distance and when we felt like it we could drive down the strip to top-notch restaurants and visit local attractions. We will come back to this condo every chance we get.
