This property is super close to many shops and restaurants that start on 75th Street, just 10 blocks away. The beach here is incredible, wide, soft, expansive, a pure Miami Beach sand...warm ocean beckoning you to enter. From the wine glasses to the linens, everything is designed to cuddle you in luxury. Ever heard of Bal Harbour? You can almost walk to these world famous shops. World famous Haulover Beach, is located just 10 minutes north, and offers spectacular beaches, deep sea fishing, kite flying, and nude sunbathing. there is one dedicated parking spot for each unit, outside, that is clearly mark with the unit number on it. There is also street parking, no charge, but on a first come/first serve basis. Although our calendar is always updated, do make sure to fill out the inquiry webform even if calendar shows fully book, because we do have another unit on property Pets are considered. A friend and I traveled to the area to attend a wedding and stayed for five nights. The condo was very clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the water while drinking our morning coffee and in the evenings. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was right next to 85th Street. The kitchen was well fitted with any utensils you will need. This was a very convenient location just a few blocks from the beach. It was wonderful to get up and go work a walk along North Shore Open Space Park which was just two blocks away with access to the beach. I walked alone each morning and felt perfectly comfortable and safe. The free trolley has a stop that is right across the street and is so easy to use. I walked several miles down Collins Ave. one morning and hopped on the trolley to get back when I tired out. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area where you can either walk, take the trolley or drive to with convenient parking through out the area. If you have any questions or issues Del and Carmen are willing to assist you. I would love to return for another week of relaxation.
The veiw is very nice, and the beach is only a few steps away. Del & Carmen are excellent hosts. Their communication is second to none. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy near Miami, this is it..
The whole process of booking this property was effortless from beginning to end and the hosts sent excellent guidance through prior to our stay. The property was immaculate and fantastically equipped, everything about it was even better than described in the synopsis. The hosts live in the same building which was great as we were able to tap into their local knowledge!! They were very welcoming and hospitable. The area is fab, especially for people with families, the beach is very close by as are numerous restaurants, shops etc. We would highly recommend this property, there is quite literally nothing negative I can say.
