Melbourne Beach House provides three furnished apartments ranging from the classic to the execuive level. Our two classic apartments have been recently redecorated and offer a fresh new stay on the beach.

We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Not only are we located about thirty feet from the beach, our nearest beach side neighbor is more than 100 yards away providing our guests with an isolated beach experience that is not easily found in the central Florida Atlantic area. All of this for a price that is difficult to beat.
Enjoy shell collecting on your leisurely walks down this deserted, unspoiled beach just a few steps outside your door. Encounter an ocean bottom free from coral and rocks as you swim, fish, surf, and sun bathe. Ride your bicycle on the paved bike path that follows the sea for miles.
Relax on your patio and be enchanted watching seasonal blue herons, sand pipers, ibis, skimmers, sea gulls, terns, and pelicans in formation. Remain quiet and a cardinal or scrub jay might surprise you. Look beyond the shoreline to see porpoises playing in the surf or an occasional sea ray flying through the air.
Be fascinated by giant sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand after dark during May through August. Delight in the eruptions of turtle nests as hatchlings make their way to the sea in the early mornings of July to October.
From the living room, dining area, and kitchen, the Great Room provides a view of the ocean through a large picture window. Look out your bedroom window and you will see another extraordinary view.
The apartment's cathedral ceilings make every room more spacious and porcelain tile floors, lighted fans, and oil paintings create an ambiance of luxury. There is central air conditioning and heat, but for those guests who prefer fresh air and the sound of the surf, you can open the windows to create the feeling of being outdoors even without stepping onto your private 8' X 12' wood deck.
And if you wish to leave your retreat to play golf or tennis or to explore the Indian River Lagoon by canoe, kayak, sail or power boat, you are just minutes away. Or if you decide to travel a little further, you can visit Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Disney, and the Orlando attractions. |

This was exactly what I was looking for...peaceful! It was so nice to be able to wake up, step outside and watch the sunrise. I loved being able to look out the window and see the ocean. And to be able to hear the ocean! I will definitely come back.
We have been coming to Florida for over 40 years and have now lived here for the past 15 years. The MBH provided us with the best views and the most privacy of any place we have been. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit.
This is by far the best place you will ever stay. It's secluded, the wildlife is incredible, and the owners and manager are extremely easy to work with. Check-in is simple, as you have a code to enter your unit upon arrival. We have stayed at MBH numerous times. The years we don't go, we always question ourselves as to why we tried going somewhere else. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with a WONDERFUL seafood market about 15 minutes away called Indiatlantic Seafood Market. WARNING: A week is not long enough! Of course, we've stayed a month before, and that wasn't long enough either.
I found I couldn't leave when my 2 weeks were over downstairs so I booked 2 weeks up here. Both places are wonderful. If life allows it, I intend returning every year. I have traveled to many tropical countries always staying near the ocean. No place has been as perfect as this. This is the perfect place for a retreat and quiet reflection. I will always remember this month.
Very pleased..........everything as advertised. Knew it had beach access, but was blown away by the reality. No shortage of amenities including well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, SS appliances, double sink in bathroom, two TV's, DVD's and the list goes on. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Sitting in the hot tub and watching flocks of pelicans fly overhead while sandpipers chased along the waves edge are memories we will never forget.
