New bathroom: all marble, walk-in handicap accessible, built-in double shower heads w/hand-held capability, shower seat, and handicap rails.
Separate formal living room (2 couches, 2 arm chairs) and dining room (which seats 8).
TV Room: 42' wall mounted flat screen with couch and 2 arm chairs. This room as well as the kitchen lead out to the pool area via French doors.
Lighted Pool/Patio: Screened-in with outdoor furniture; table (seats 6) and chairs and 2 ceiling fans.
If the calculated low air temperature for the evening is lower than 65 degrees fahrenheit the pool heater will be turned off. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, no fan in kitchen. There is a large office space outside of master bedroom w/wi-fi capability. 15-20 minute drive to Ft. Lauderdale beaches, Los Olas Boulevard and other great dining and shopping venues.

Thank you Carmella for allowing us the use of your wonderful home. Much better in real life than the pictures show. A lovely peaceful neighbourhood, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the pool, warm and large and a great place just to sit and relax after a day sightseeing and sunbathing on the beach. Every amenity was available and more. Plenty of space for everyone and the beds nice and comfy. Hopefully we left it in an exceptable condition at the end of our stay. If we ever venture back to the warmer climes of Fort Lauderdale again we will be heading straight back to your lovely property.

We enjoyed the week ,we found everything needed in the house , the hpise its so clean & organized. Loved the mango trees their too?. The owner is very helpful & so nice.
