This beautiful condo In F building on the water in 'Old Marco' has great amenities and is nearby shops. Our condo has WIFI, one bedroom with a King size bed, pull out sofa that will comfortably sleep 4. One bath with a walk-in shower, and washer  and  dryer. Great views of Marco River and the  S. S. Jolly Bridge with lots of boat activity. Our complex boasts two pools, two large hot tubs, it's own Marina with fishing piers, boat docks, food and beverage and bait, three tennis courts, shuffle board courts, and BBQ areas and beautifully landscaped walking paths along the water. Feel free to fish at the pier, or watch the boats sail by and the dolphins play while sitting on your lanai. You may also want to rent your own boat for a day at one of the two nearby marinas. For some light exercise and fun, play some tennis so bring your tennis racket or rent a bike on site and enjoy the island. Restaurants, shops, grocery store, golf course, movie theater, and beach all less than a 5 minute drive! Walk to the Snook Inn to hear some live music with some great food and great views- it's an island favorite! Dine at Marek's, Cafe de Marco, Marco Pub with it’s great Lobster dinners or Zava's The gated community also has outdoor grilling facilities. Cable TV and WiFi included. No pets allowed. 
 
Wonderful place to stay. Lots of Parties, sunset get together, Burger nights, Bingo, Yoga  and other festivities.  You will always have a great time!
Rentals are Weekly, Bi- weekly and monthly.  Please feel free to ask. Upon approval, I will forward lease agreement to you.

Both my husband and I have visited Marco for past 33 years. We always looked forward to vacationing on this beautiful Island. We have seen a lot of changes and see that many others feel the same way! We recently purchased our condo and love coming down. My children also love coming down with their families to relax. They also look forward to spend their time in paradise.

The condo is equipped with everything you need. Fantastic location. Close to everything. Always something to do! I provide what you need so that you feel like you are home but you are in paradise!

Our stay at Coastal Haven was excellent. The location is perfect to see the sunrise and just watch the passing boats. The unit has everything you could possibly need and very clean. The bottle of wine for our anniversary was perfect. Hope to go back next year.

My wife and I spent the month of February in Eloise and Ken’s condo and we could have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was totally stocked every thing you that you could imagine. Beach chairs, beach towels Fishing gear and more. It was wonderful to sit on the lenai and watch the boats go by. The king bed was very comfortable We would definitely rent this condo again

Best condo we’ve ever rented at Riverside Club

Such a wonderful place! Eloise truly takes the expression “home away from home” to a new level. We’ve been renting at Riverside Club for 25 years now, and her condo is by far the best equipped, most welcoming, cleanest, and well stocked we’ve ever seen and stayed at. When we’re back in Marco (because we will be for year 26!), we’ll be contacting Eloise.
