Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation.
Marriott’s Crystal Shores on Marco Island is a full Marriott Resort - complete with all the features you would expect from such a property. The resort has been upgraded to a Marriott category 9 resort. This is currently the highest available ranking within Marriott.
There are 3 swimming pools, a bar / restaurant pool table, BBQ's for cooking and much, much more.
Important: Please note that the Resort works similar to a hotel system - whereby the actual apartment is allocated near or upon arrival. This is a Gulf View apartment - and the allocation will be of this type. (i.e. NOT on the island side). Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have the apartment booked in your name - and the ability to request some additional options - including high / low floor, pillow types etc.
The resort has been undergoing upgrades - to the highest Category 9 status - and therefore the photos may not be representative of your actual room - or views available. (By this, I mean that the fixtures and fittings may now be BETTER than those shown!).
The resort is situated on three miles of pristine beaches, offering stylish residences within four luminous towers. Elegant swimming pools cascade towards the beach, providing guests a picturesque setting to relax and unwind.

Numerous on-site amenities and neighboring Naples entice visitors with plentiful shopping, upscale dining and a rich arts culture.
