Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We own 2 Condos in the Marathon Area (Coco Plum) and have been managing them as a Vacation Rentals for the last couple of Years and have had a blast doing it. So we decided to jump out of the airplane and buy the gorgeous house right on the ocean. It comes with a 40 foot Cement Pier with a dredged channel to the deep water Ocean. But the Bottom-line for us was The Crazy, Gorgeous View. It is truly mezmerizing! You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue.
