Welcome to Sunrise Villa - the newest villa on Long Bay Beach in the Turks and Caicos!  This incredible 3 story, 7-bedroom oceanfront villa sits on over an acre of beachfront property steps from the water.  The 2-mile private beach is world renowned for kite boarding and swimming and Sunrise Villa is a short drive from all the great restaurants and resorts from Grace Bay Beach.
 
Notes-
The main floor kitchen is equipped with wide gas chef stove and oven, a low profile refrigerator, microwave and large toaster oven and 2 dishwashers and lots of counter space as well as a separate wine/beverage refrigerator and full size ice maker.
 
There's a large media room on the garden level that has a 85" wall mounted television, custom bar and full kitchenette.  On this same level is a separate gym room with mountain climber, free weights and bench, pull up station and full size rubber matting. for yoga or stretching .or exercising. 
 
On the top level, all the bedrooms share a huge covered deck with Crystal LED Railing and lots of outdoor furniture.
 
Each of the 3 levels have separate full laundry facilities..
 
All the walls, floors and ceiling are sound proofed for privacy and there are separate AC's for each room as well as ceiling fans.

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

About the Owner

My wife and I visited Turks & Caicos in 2012 and fell in love with the people and the beauty of this island. We have always felt safe on the island and have visited many areas.  We bought our home in 2012 when it was just a small stone cottage on over 2 acres and have many great memories from that time.  In 2017, our home was destroyed by Hurricane Irma and we had just finished the rebuild.
 
Why Susan Ayoub Abram chose Long Bay Hills
The best thing about our home is the location. Its right in the middle of Long Bay Beach which is a mostly private beach. Long Bay Beach is world renowned for kite boarding which is literally steps from our patio. Our beach is secluded and quiet but it's only a 10 minute drive from all the shopping, restaurants and resorts of Grace Bay Beach. Our villa is an easy drive from the airport and to all the shopping and activates Turks & Caicos has to offer.
 
What makes this Villa unique
Keeping our home safe for us and guests and staff during COVID is of upmost important. We have complete cleaning between guests stays and have daily maid service unless a guest request otherwise. If no contact is important, this can be easily arranged. We can provide grocery and alcohol shopping whenever needed if helpful. Just ask us for whatever might make your stay easier and it can probably be done.
