LOCATION--This home is located in Lago Vista, which is surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country, 40 miles from Austin's downtown 6th Street, 50 miles from the F1 Race Track, and 45 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. You will be close to Hill Country wine tasting or hiking as well as close enough to enjoy many activities in Austin.
SETTING--This home has a very private, quiet and scenic setting located on the North Shore of Lake Travis. The decks look out from our large cove into the main lake towards Hudson's Bend and Ernie's on the Lake. Watching the sunrise from any room in the house is breathtaking!
WATERFRONT--Located directly on deep water Lake Travis, our waterfront retreat is a great location for all types of water sports. Steps lead directly from the house down to the private boat dock. Bring your boat or personal watercraft, launch it at the private ramp right next to the property and tie up at the dock for your stay.
BOAT DOCK--The covered aluminium boat dock is 25' by 30' with an 8' by 30' upper level sun deck.

This property speaks for itself! It is one of the nicest homes I have seen on the lake with great privacy, water access and a deep water cove that will never go dry.
My friends and I absolutely loved this home! It was clean, comfortable, and the view is amazing. There were five of us and it was the perfect size. The kitchen appliances are very nice and modern. We cooked all our meals and had all the necessary cooking utensils available to us. Access to the lake is easy and convenient. We enjoyed using the canoe and swimming in the lake. There is also ample parking underneath the house and along the driveway. Our host, Andrea, responded quickly to our questions. We will certainly be back if we ever decide to stay in the area again and we highly recommend this place to others!

This house was a great escape from the hectic world. Even though there are many other houses around the lake, you feel quite secluded and away from it all. Quiet and peaceful sitting out on the multiple decks (and dock) watching the sun come up. House is nicely appointed and has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. Good instructions and communication. We had one question our day of arrival and Andrea got right back to us. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful home in quiet location directly on the lake. It's steep climb down to the dock, but once you are there it's a spectacular spot!

This house is everything you want from a lake house. The windows and deck give great views of the lake and the trees help make it feel secluded from neighbors. Overall the house was perfect and I am looking for an excuse to rent it again.

This lake house was absolutely breathtaking. The lake front view is something that can't even be put in words. The home itself is simple but gorgeous and creates a very homey vibe. There are spacious docks and porches to view the beautiful sunrise and sunset. There is almost no noise in the area, allowing a peaceful and calm getaway. Navigating to the lake house was a little difficult but we made it! You will enjoy the nature of the home and it's gorgeous lake front view!
