Regal Oaks at Old Town is a townhouse resort located 3 miles east of Disney's main gate, 20 miles from Orlando International Airport . Our home is walking distance to the restaurants, bars, shops, rides and entertainment of Old Town Kissimmee and Funspot USA, Kissimmee and ten minutes walk from a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and miniature golf on Hwy 192. This makes our home the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights, go carts, and entertainment. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles.
Only 3 miles from Disney, our home is walking distance to the beautiful resort style pool with lazy river, hot tub an ample lounge chairs. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is beautifully decorated, fully furnished and fully air conditioned.
Each of the main rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has it's own balcony, King size bed and Master bath suite, walk in closet and flat screen TV, The second bedroom has a queen size bed with full bathroom, Flat Screen TV and large walk in closet. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has two twin beds and full bathroom, flat screen TV. Two further guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area. There are flat screen TV's in the Living Room as well as all bedrooms. A safe is provided for your valuables. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to eat in and includes: oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots and utensils. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen is provided. A hairdryer is provided. All towels (except for swimming) are provided. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge .
Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries and washing up liquid will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests. Additional equipment, crib, high chair, stroller can be hired from our management company at additional cost. If baby/child equipment is required, please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences. We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

This property is convenient to attractions, restaurants and shops. This gated development is beautiful!!! Great resort style pool, pool bar, restaurant,fitness center, and convenience store on site, The townhome is roomy and comfortable with everything you need for the perfect vacation! Our home is conveniently located within the development. It is close enough to the pool, fitness center and Old Town to walk but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We are on a beautiful well lit street.
We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again. We will be recommending this property to friends and family. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were nice.
Wonderful property with so many activities near by! I do not want to stay anywhere else when we go to disney! With old town next door there's never a dull moment! The club house pool is beautiful, the water slides are amazing, and the regal oaks staff were wonderful! For the price we paid you can beat the value of this property! We want to come back!
The Pool was great! Pool closes at dusk. Close to all the parks. It was about 20 -25 min from MK and 15 min to the other parks. It was a clean spacious home. We brought our own pillows so can't comment on those. Washer and dryer worked great! Make sure to bring or buy he detergent. Definitely would recommend and reserve again for future trips!!!
Our stay was nice. The pool area is wonderful plentiful places to lounge with poolside wait staff from the restaurant that takes your drink and food orders and brings it out to you. The restaurant has very good food and everyone seemed really friendly and ready to serve your needs. The front desk reception upon arrival were hospitable. We stayed in unit 2716 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is no view of the water in this unit. The unit was clean and had enough room for us to be comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. I will say this unit needs some updating of the bedding and pillows. The unit had plenty of towels and washcloths along with towels to use at the pool.
Nice place, close to everything.
We came here expecting "something," but our overall impression was blown away when we came up to the property. Gated community with easy access. Heated pool, waterslides (guard was a stickler on height requirements so my son couldn't slide - had to be 48 inches, he was 47.5), restaurant and workout facility on campus. The condo was well maintained and very inviting. Supplied everything we needed to make our stay great. Best part was the walking distance to Old Town and short 6 minute drive to Disney World. Would absolutely recommend.
