This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for a Keys getaway. The house/dock has all of the amenities needed and is very comfortable. We loved our stay and will rent with Phyllis again.
We just rented one half of the duplex (though the owner showed us the other half when the guest there had vacated & before the next couple showed up), and it was a home away from home for us. Everything we have at home, we had in our unit (minus the need to do chores, and bills in the mailbox!), so we felt instantly at home. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings well kept, they even had a BBQ which we grilled fish on several of the nights that we were there. We rented a boat for the duration of our stay (I love to fish), and it was so ideal to just dock our boat literally feet from our unit. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, they gave us great day trip destinations and great options for dining out too. It was a perfect vacation!
