Description

Three bedroom house one king size, one queen size bed and a double futon in a quiet suburb of Phoenix near the last western town in the 'Valley of the Sun', Cave Creek. 
 
Pool, barbecue, and patio are ideal for lounging and dining during most of the year. Dining areas under the mesquite trees or on the patio. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cave Creek where there is bull riding on Wednesday and Friday evenings for authentic western entertainment.
 
The house and fenced yard is suitable for people and one house trained pet dog.
 
It is easy southwest living.
 
The location is 6 miles north of the beltway (101) providing speedy access to  Scottsdale, Phoenix for ball games, and Phoenix University Stadium.
 
Please NOTE: The pool is unheated. It becomes swimmable in April and warm in May. Summertime temperatures are in the high 80's.

We are beach lovers. Rocky Point is the closest beach to Phoenix with the best water of any beach within easy reach. I am a persistent entrepreneur commercializing a technology for treating heart failure over the web. My wife, Carole is a retired pre-school teacher known affectionately by hundreds of students as "Miss Carole". We are grandparents of boys and girls in the lower grades and high school. What a beautiful place to stay

We were guests for 2 months. House has a very open floor plan. It is fully stocked with everything you would need to do gourmet cooking. The Landscaping in the back yard is very pleasing to the eye. Fresh Grapefruit and Oranges. All fully enclosed back yard. A small grass area that is well maintained. Excellent office facility that is very quiet. Comfortable Beds and beautiful linens. Just bring your clothes and there is plenty of closet space. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfectly situated in gorgeous community. Exceedingly generous hosts. House has everything one could possibly want to settle right in at home. Outstanding decor and most beautifully landscaped backyard we've ever had. Dogs permitted so our little one loved the very nearby park where he met lots of dog friends. House is close to all amenities: stores, cinemas, the extraordinary Museum of International Music - a must-see. Highly recommend this house and look forward to possibly staying again.

Beautiful and Peaceful Backyard

George was a terrific host. Very nice home in a friendly, quiet, neighborhood. They have a beautifully landscaped backyard. It was a joy to spend time out there for morning coffee, or a glass of wine, at sunset. Pretty much everything you need is very close by -- including a dog park, within easy walking distance. I loved the fact that the Sonoran Desert trails were only a mile away. Lots of fun hiking, and horseback riding, adventures.
