This is a lakefront home located on lake Carobeth at Pocono Country Club in Tobyhanna. It has a private dock with paddle boat and kayaks for enjoyment or go swimming. You are welcome to bring your own kayaks, canoes etc. It is in gated Community that offers numner of amenities I.e. club House which has its own Restaurant, swimming pool, tennis /basketball court. It is close to all nearby attractions like Mount Airy Casino, the new Kalahari/great wolf water park, camel beach, Crossing Premium shopping Outlet, ski area, Cheesecake Factory, Jack Frost skiing , Pocanos raceway & list is endless. There is plenty to do for kids, young and mature person. Great place for family outings,. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. |

Good management, lot of freedom and privacy, highly recommend
Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds and bathrooms were wonderful. However , we were very disappointed in the surrounding property. The yard, dock, fire pit, and water were all covered in litter and garbage. There was broken glass, red party cups, and burnt beer cans. I couldn't let my kids leave the deck without shoes. The hot tub was a hazard as well. The one side was missing and it's on a slant so that when we got in it splashed water out. We just turned off the power and put the cover back on. I just think that the house was great, but the yard needs a lot of work. It's shameful that such a beautiful place would be so unkept. The club amenities were nice when they were available. My kids enjoyed the little beach, but the next day it was closed because there was no staff to work. Overall we had a great time and none of this ruined our vacation though. The owners were great to work with. They were quick to respond if we called with concerns requests or issues.
The owners of the house were very welcoming to my group and our group's guests. The house was in excellent condition and perfectly sized for a group of 12 and small gathering totaling around 20 people. We are looking forward to renting again in the future.
