Location! Location! Location! At the intersection where Reno's Historic Old Southwest neighborhood meets Modern Midtown you will find our sweet mid-century home. It is only one mile north to downtown, a quick drive or walk east to the midtown district, and 2.5 miles from the Reno/Tahoe airport. In a two mile radius, you will find dozens of local restaurants, craft breweries/bars, boutiques, museums, and coffee shops. In fact, two blocks away is a yummy local pizza place, an amazing coffee shop with the best coffee ever, and a convenience store that also has a red box dvd rental if you want to have a night in. You will feel right at home!
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, house is setup perfectly for families with kids or two couples traveling together.
On the north side, you will find our master bedroom, with our original retro midcentury bathroom across from it. The master bedroom features a side patio, that is accessible through a sliding door. The sun shines through the slider in the morning and is so delightful. There is a small desk with a monitor just in case you would like to work from a different location for a week.
Right next to that is a bedroom with bunk beds and a very comfortable futon. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full size bed. The futon folds out into a queen bed that is super comfortable. Seriously, we had a roommate that slept on it for a year and loved it. There are tons of toys and games and movies!! We have a play and pack for babies as needed.
On the south of the house, we have a second master suite. The pocket door closes the bedroom and bathroom off from the kitchen. The queen bed and cozy reading chair make it a nice getaway. It aslo has a newly remodeled bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time at our home. Asides from your standard appliances, We have a food processor, crockpot, air popper, waffle maker, salad spinner, etc. etc.
In the living room, we have books, movies, games, and CD's. We have Apple TV in the living room along with DVD, Blu Ray, and even VHS. Any old cassette tapes? Bring them and play them on our stereo. We know you have that favorite Van Halen tape you just can't part with, but have no player... bring it and play it at your own risk, of course...
Reno is such a great place for outdoor living. We some fun things you can borrow such as: Golf clubs, frisbees, basketball, ice chests, a bike, fire pit, backpack, and other outdoor fun stuff. We are located just a quick drive from various nature trails, parks, and its only a 45 minute trip to Lake Tahoe. Considered the most beautiful lake in the world.

We are a family from Beaverton, OR. We drove out to Reno to visit with our eldest son and his wife. We were staying for a total of 5 days/4 evenings. And, we really, really, really didn't want to do the hotel room thing. This options was absolutely fantastic!!! We had plenty of space, rooms, toilets, amenities, super awesome AC, secured garage to park our vehicle securely. And, Justin, the property management contact, was very responsive and attentive to anything and everything we asked or commented on. The experience was an absolute dream. We will likely make a habit of returning to this home every summer! Thanks for everything!
This home was just perfect for our stay. It was comfortable and charming. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.
Roomy, comfortable, great toys for my grandson...he was so happy! Movies to pick from, books to read! Good area and close to everything!
We loved staying here! The house was very roomy for all 4 of us. It was a perfect location as it was close to downtown. Justin was readily available to us as we did have a problem with the lock and he came right over to let us in, even though it was late in the evening. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a roomy, conveniently located home!
We stayed here for our son’s graduation fron UNR. Comfortable home for relaxing and visiting with family.
Enjoyed the house and was perfect for our needs. We were there for a national dog agility competition and gone most of the day. Was very relaxing to come back and be able to relax and have all the room. House is close to everything and plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the airport. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. House slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. I would stay againl.
