Our Secluded 3200 sq.ft. home is open and welcoming. Sleeping 8, it is an Entertainers Delight, with Pool Table, Dart board and Big Screen TVs. There are 2 Queen beds, 3 Full beds, and 1 Twin. Each bedroom has a full bath. The oversized tub in the Master bathroom or our private sauna are welcoming treats after a long, fun day on the slopes or river.
Our large Great room with fireplace and new sectional reclining sofas opens to a wraparound deck that is perfect for BBQ or peaceful river viewing and beautiful sunsets. The spacious kitchen has all the dishes, cookwares, cutlery, and amenities to feed your hungry guests. A coffeemaker is also there to get our mornings started.
Located at end of the street next to a walking bridge that leads across the river to a naturesque park. A walking/bicycle path runs along the river all the way to downtown Reno. As well, the hills border the area for exploring, mountain biking and hiking. We have 6 bicycles and a BBQ available for your use as well as all necessary amenities.
Also, we have a strict "No Pets" policy. We have had issues in the past and have had to disallow all animals. Thank you for your understanding.

The location was quite, beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of room for a large group.
Have all my family and a few best friends together was the best! I was so busy with work and taking care of a parent. We have a new baby due in the end of August and taking their maternity pictures across the bridge turned out to be just perfect! Thank you again for the use of your home! Shelley
We have stayed at this house twice in three years. There have been some great upgrades to the home and property which means the owners care about the customers experiences. Close to downtown, and right on the river makes this home a perfect get away for any group... Thanks again, see you soon.
We had a great weekend at this home. My son graduated from the university, so rather than having all of us who were coming from out of town staying at hotels, we reserved this home for the family. It was perfect. There were plenty of sleeping and hanging out areas with the basement pool table and the upstairs great room. The house had everything we needed which was great - especially in the kitchen! It was fully stocked with cookware and the necessities, like salt/sugar. It was also decorated for the holidays which was fun and unexpected!!! The setting, right on the river, is peaceful and gorgeous. As an added bonus, we all took our family Christmas Card pics either from the backyard or from the bridge that is right next to the home! :)
