We are biking distance to the beaches and our neighborhood is a great place for walking. A brand new Bristol Farms Market has every healthy food offering and is just one block away. This desirable location is just steps from world famous restaurants and shops, multiple bus lines and the 405 & 10 freeways.
Fully furnished, it has plenty of storage, and is an oasis from the city, while being centrally located in the heart of Santa Monica. We have a bar-b-q for your enjoyment, and there are bike rentals close by. sometimes we even have bikes for you to use...LAX is a quick 20 minute car ride, and sights such as Venice Beach, UCLA, Disneyland, myriad Museums, and greater Los Angeles are very conveniently nearby. Gated private entry & permit parking provide security and ample parking right in front of the house. Two people live in the main house, with our sweet dog named Biscuit (22 lbs).

We. We’re visiting our daughter in LA and this ended up being a great location. Very quiet and had everything we needed. Easy to access nearby towns and grocery was just around corner. Jill a great host. When in the area would definitely stay here again
Jill and Biscuit, the beagle, were super hosts. The casita was delightful. Jill has thought of every detail and was attentive to any needs. The pool and common area was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy parking. We will definitely return.
Very enjoyable stay. Great location. Property is in like-new condition. Comfortable and quiet yet right in the middle of Santa Monica. In a group of three mini-casitas - common outdoor area is shared so there is an expectation of quiet. Id say its not good for young kids or partiers. Host Jill is fantastic, she has lots of recommendations. Also its just a short walk to a great market (aka WholeFoods) with gourmet food, wine and beer. etc
This was our second time staying here and have loved each experience. Jill makes us feel so welcome but also gives us our space. The location is ideal being close to Santa Monica and beaches but also close to Westwood and freeway access. The unit is perfect, every detail is there for our comfort. thank you Jill
We enjoyed our stay at Jill's Pool View Casita very much. It was comfortable and well-equipped, a clever and efficient use of space. We loved the outdoor area with its beautiful landscaping, warm fire pit and plenty of seating options. Jill was very nice, a wonderful hostess who was quick to respond to any requests or concerns. The property is secure with ample parking in a safe neighborhood with lots of shopping options. We highly recommend this property.
