Nicely appointed, spacious, ocean side house in the Ocean Lake neighborhood in Corolla. Your family is "Shore to Adore" this comfortable beach retreat. With our guests vacation needs in mind, we are offering FREE pool heat from 3/24/18-6/1/18 & 9/1/18-10/12/18! With all the extras that this house has; private heated pool, hot tub, rec. room, short walk to the beach, community tennis and pool and PET FRIENDLY, your search for the perfect vacation rental can stop right here at "Shore to Adore".
For 2018 the Private Heated Pool is being offered with the rental rate - no additional pool heat fee for 3/24/18-6/1/18 & 9/1/18-10/12/18. Available during other weeks for an additional $200 pool heat fee. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.
The top floor has a large Great Room w/ TV/DVD, stereo, Deck Access. Well stocked Kitchen w/ (2) Dishwashers, Bar w/ (3) Bar Stools, Breakfast Nook (4), Dining Area (10), Powder Room. King MBR w/ TV & Deck Access.
The middle floor features a King Master Bedroom w/ TV/ deck access, Queen Master Bedroom w/ TV/DVD. 2 additional Queen bedrooms, each with deck access and TV/DVDs and a full hall bathroom. Laundry Room.
The ground floor has a Rec. room w/ Foosball, Full size fridge, Wet bar, Microwave, TV/DVD, Full hall bath with convenient access to the pool deck, (2) DuoBunk rooms (double bed on bottom, single bed on top) w/ TV/DVD (TVs only play DVDs).
Extras: Private Heated Pool (14'x36') open 3/23/18-10/31/18 (see applicable dates for free pool heat, may be heated at all other times for $200), Hot Tub (6), Community Tennis & Pool, Pet Friendly ($210 pet fee), Outside Shower, WiFi, Foosball Table, Bed Linens Provided & Beds made prior to arrival (Towels may be rented for $7/set). 9 TVs (TVs in bunk rooms play DVDs only), 7 DVD players. Baby Equipment: High Chair, Baby Gate, Pack 'n' Play, Iron, Ironing Board. Outdoor Drink Cart for the pool area. Parking: 5. Saturday Turnover. 400' to the beach access.
