The top level is dedicated to a large and open great room which provides a great setting for family gatherings! There’s plenty of room to spread out and many things to enjoy. A large flat screen TV and a Samsung Soundbar provide the electronic entertainment. The Soundbar is your audio command center and allows you to easily connect in Bluetooth to play your favorite music from your Iphone or other devices. The amazing Ocean Views from the front of the house and the Sunset Views from the back provide a sense of relaxation and peace. And also a chance to Rejuvenate! Bedroom Suites on this level include two beautifully appointed KING Master Suites, one with a Jacuzzi Tub, and direct deck access for both. The Spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for several cooks to be together and is designed for efficient meal preparations providing two dishwashers, refrigerator, dual sinks, microwave, range, oven, a center island bar for your casual diners, and plenty of seating. The balance of this floor is dedicated to a large recreation room with a pool table, 6 person Game Table w Poker Chips, Large flat screen TV, a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, and microwave. The recreation room provides comfortable seating for all, and direct access to the pool area. Parking for 8, covered entry, large (16x32) private pool (can be heated for $300 per week), Private Hot tub, basketball goal.
