The home’s first level includes a queen master suite at the end of the hall with private bathroom. You’ll also find generous space for laundry with a utility sink as well as garage access on this floor. View the rest of the house by taking the stairs or elevator – simply press the button to “call” the elevator to that level then open the door once it has stopped. This is a great convenience for unpacking personal items, groceries, and a huge aid for those with mobility issues!
Level two features a King master bedroom with a private deck overlooking the home’s entry. A walk-in closet and sizable private full bathroom are also included with a his-and-hers vanity, a garden tub, and stand-up shower. A cozy queen bedroom lies midway down the hall, and another queen bedroom at the very end of the hall, both sharing full bathroom.
Make your way to the top floor to find the outspread kitchen, dining, and living room area. Granite countertops and stainless steel adorn the kitchen. Seating for six is available at the dining table with four additional bar seats on the side. Plenty of room for relaxation in the living room with a large sectional couch, recliner, and two extra chairs. A large flat screen is also featured in this room. Step onto the deck for views of the ocean as well as the town of Kure Beach. A queen bedroom lies just next to the kitchen with access to the hall bathroom.
