Rate Details: Rent is $4,500 per month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes
Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $2000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $250 water and $100 electricity.

AvailableWe represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
Great location for biking, walking to grocery, mall and park. House is fully furnished with everything needed. Convenient storage below for fishing tackle with freezer and to store bikes. House is on great canal with access to Atlantic and Gulf. Also, you get a pass to Founders Park/Beach. Great restaurants close by. Neighbors were VERY friendly and helpful! Agent for rental (Andi) met us at the front door with a welcoming basket of fruit and information about the area. Andi & Ashley were available to help us with any questions or problems that came up. Recommend without reservation.
