Guest access
Water service, much of San Bartolo still has no drinking water. Our house is supplied with a sisterna truck. The house is left with the tank full, for short stays of weekend reaches without problems (for a group of 10) for long stays it is the responsibility of the tenant to fill the cistern for their use. Further information in the home use manual will be provided once the reservation is made.
Interaction with guests
We are on weekends on the first floor.
We have a guardian. Frequently visit the house every day, engage in basic cleaning (sweep the house) and garden irrigation. You will only enter the first floor during your stay.

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking. |
